The product itself was very well made and shipped super fast! My problem was my dogs measurements was bigger then the largest one you have, I took the shot hoping it would fit and it did not! If your dog fits the measurements it's a fantastic product and would def recommend them.

Ease of web site, one day priority not so much

Who wouldn't want wheels for his 16th birthday? My doxie loved his new walkin wheels. Anytime he had the harness on, he was ready to go. The additional support for his rear legs made Karl more mobile.

The Walkin' Hip-EEZ and Up and Go leash are well made. We are in process of determining if the Hip EEZ is too large for my handicapped pup. It is a bit hard to get on her as she needs help to stand. If I have one complaint it's the pads that go around the leg straps the around the legs. The pad is not attached in any way and falls off the strap while putting on the dog. It requires a plyers or hemostat to reach in and grab the strap attachment to pull back through the pad. A friend suggested stick-on velcro....just a tiny two sided piece. When we are sure it fits properly we will probably do this. We are hoping to use this in hydrotherapy for my pup w the between legs piece to help prevent her legs from crossing while walking in the water. We have not used it yet as still determining the correct size of the wrap.

Nice quality. I would’ve given you a 5 star review but the harness and the wheels don’t quite match up. The left side loop seems smaller than the right side making it very difficult to insert the bar. The harness itself is much smaller than our large Pug Life harness and it cost twice as much. I understand it’s made specifically for our wheels. A little disappointed. Just a little.

So far, so good. Had a brief conversation with customer service prior to ordering. Helped me order the correct size parts. Fitting the ass end was tricky. I would have preferred metal D rings. The whole set up is pretty adaptable. Hopefully I'll never have to use it. It looks like it will work pretty well if I do.

took longer to arrive than I expected. I run a rescue and we had a disabled dog enter the rescue. It was almost one week before we could get the product. As it turns out, the make shift sling the vets and I made actually worked much better. the straps slide open easily which is great to adjust tighter but not for looser. it was easier to get in and out of make shift one and that one was higher up on leg and worked better. The company is rescue friendly and reached out to me. They refunded money back and directed me to other products they have. Very responsive

Wheelchair itself is well built and sturdy. Expensive but worth it. My only complaints are the instructions and the clips for the straps; absolutely awful. I ordered a quad chair for my dog with CH who can’t walk at all. I was sent two boxes; front wheelchair and rear wheelchair with zero instructions on how to combine them to make it a quad. Lots of extra parts making it even more confusing and time consuming to assemble. The straps clip onto little pegs and don’t stay on well. My dog has a lot of jerking movements causing the clips to come undone and dumping my dog onto the floor. Eventually they broke and I had to order a new $100 front and back harness to better support him more appropriately. Same clips, same issue on the better harness. Harness instructions are written for an able-bodied dog “have your pet step into…” he can’t walk, he’s not stepping into anything. I paid for the larger rear wheels to offset his tendency to lean forward and flip previous chairs and this has worked out nicely. He hasn’t broken this chair yet, as he did every other brand in the past but occasionally a random screw will work itself loose and fall out. I’ve just gotten in the habit of checking the screws before he’s put in the chair.
