Used the brace on my dog a few times and it broke. Metal piece where strap goes through completely broke off. Now it's of no use at all. Not very happy.

Ordered A brace and paid for the expedited delivery in time to apply post operation for my pooch only to receive an email 5 days later (delivery date) that it’s back ordered. Ughh. Had it been noted at time of checkout I would have sought out a brace elsewhere to be here in time. Basically screwed with no brace and a dig that needs 24/7 care until a no ew one arrives.

I ordered the walking boot for my dog and it didn’t fit right. He had it on for no more than 10 minutes and it kept sliding sideways. I sent it back for a refund and when they received it they said they couldn’t give a refund because it was not in new condition. I was very disappointed because he had only worn it for 10 minutes and no damage was done to it. I will not waste my money with this company again.

Be aware that if your pet uses this product and you have to send back , they will not give you refund. You have to go to post office and send them a paid postage package to get product back . If you do not send in a week they “dispose” your product .

Kim, thanks for your candid thoughts. Our return policy does request that all returned items be received in the manner of which they were shipped. When we receive back product that is not in new condition, we do offer our customers the option to take back the product.

I paid for overnight shipping but did not receive my product for 4 days. I understand they do not have any control over shipping, but they have refused to refund my shipping that was over $100. They said until the carrier pays them, they will not reimburse me. It has been almost a month. I will never order from them again. They would benefit greatly by learning how to provide better customer service.
