I had an issue with a product I purchased and Walker Edison went above and beyond to make it right. I would definitely give them a second chance.

I found that the wood was brittle when I screwed in the hardware. I have had my item for several weeks now and it is still not fully assembled as I have to plug those "now too big holes" with glue. I would not purchase this item again.

This is actually my second Walker Edison purchase, and I'm just as happy with this one as I was with my first. I have the Reema sideboard, so I already knew I liked their furniture, and the Darci cabinet was exactly what I was looking for. It's the perfect mix of display space and hidden storage, and I love how it instantly made my living room feel more put together. It was easy to assemble, feels well made, and the soft-close doors and drawers are a nice bonus. I'd definitely buy from Walker Edison again.

I made an error when ordering that was completely my fault. I realized my error shortly after ordering and reached out to Walker Edison. Elizabeth in Sales Support bent over backwards to help me resolve this issue (even though it was completely my fault) and worked diligently with me over a couple of weeks. Her communication was timely and her customer service is unmatched. Although I had to cancel this, my first order from Walker Edison, I will definitely order again.

UPDATE: First off, I do appreciate the company being honest, admitting the issue and fixed it instead of doing the blaming game, lying and ignoring the customers. They also issued a $50 off code that I have not used and not sure if I will but I like point that out. For sure their CS have changed and very good compared to chitty businesses like Dell, Ebay, Wayfair to name a few that I have dealt with. ----------------------------------------- I purchased 1 item from Homedepot and 2 from Walmart and happy with this brand. So I decided to purchase 2 matching items from their own website because I have a 15% off. One shipped and the other was processing for days and cancelled. Elizabeth was nice and offered me an amazing 10% off due to the cancellation....much better than getting my item on sale with 15% off, right? Yeah, that is just horrible. I am missing a matching item and get promo code less than what I used in the original order and she seems very proud with herself!

I have purchased several pieces from Walker Edison including two mattress, a sideboard and outdoor sectional. Each one came very quickly and was easy to put together (if needed). 10/10 would recommend!

Super fast delivery. It's hard to find solid wood midcentury modern nightstands but love the Sloan in natural wood color. Quick assembly, no zillions of pieces. Recommend!

Love this bed. This bed is beautiful! I love the color and look. It was easy to put together and is great quality. I highly recommend it. It's one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my house.
