I will never go back to a Walgreens in Placerville, CA. Rude rude rude pharmacist and pharmacy techs. No customer service skills or tact. Couldn't believe it. Wouldn't listen or help. I've never been treated so poorly. Went to CVS and they listened, helped, and found the problem and fixed it.

Most of us can find drugstore items in store and just grab them on the go without much thought. Walgreens always has a good selection and at good prices. I though was searching for a specific gift to give to someone and walgreens.com had the best price but it was only available online. They offer free shipping to any of their stores and free shipping to home for orders $35 or more. I chose a few more items and had them shipped for free to the home. I placed my order just before noon on a Thursday and had my complete undamaged package in my hands just before noon that Saturday.

For scripts, it is Walgreens! 53rd and 15th St, Bradenton, FL 34203 employees work tirelessly with great attitudes!!!! It is a pleasure. When they say they will contact dr or insurance co, they DO AND FOLLOWUP WITH CUSTOMER!!! 90 % of battle is encompassed in this last sentence!!

Produtos vencidos em prateleiras de farmácias é gravíssimo. Tratando-se de uma Walgreens em Orlando onde o consumo é grande, jamais passou pela minha cabeça que eles possam vender nessa condição. Aqui no Brasil é chamar a vigilância sanitária e o responsável responder processo. Comprei 2 vidros de vitaminas para o meu pai que é um idoso de mais de 70 anos, graças a Deus percebemos antes de oferecer para o consumo. Estou com a nota fiscal e com os vidros, mas acredito eu que não tenha o que se fazer, somente assumir o prejuízos financeiro. Atenciosamente Delaine

I used to happily use drugstore.com and now the site transfers to Walgreens.com and the service SUCKS. I placed my order 3 days ago and it still hasn't even shipped. My orders from drugstore.com used to come the next day or the day after. Meaning I RECEIVED my order faster than Walgreens is even getting around to sending it out. This is my second try and I waited and waited last times too. I'll be looking elsewhere where they care about customer service.
