Zero stars!! I’ve been waiting all day for Walgreens to fill a very important prescription and all I’m told by the pharmacist is that there systems are down and they don’t have access to my prescription refill my Dr sent them. They don’t know when it will be back up. If Walgreens haven’t already had a big lawsuit against them from someone not being able to get their med filled and dying because of it, they should!! The pharmacist ask me to have my Dr send it to a CVS nearby! I would have to pay full price and it wouldn’t go to my deductible!! I can’t do that because my insurance forces me to use Walgreen ONLY!! I think somebody has somebody in their pocket and it’s not fair to the subscribers!! Especially when Walgreens can’t fulfill the agreement with the customers!! I do wish I didn’t ever have to do business with Walgreens pharmacy ever again!!!

Walgreens: Friend… Or Best Friend?
Have you ever wondered what the perfect store is like? Well, the answer is Walgreens. Everyone needs a place to shop and purchase goods in a quick and convenient way. Walgreens was established in 1901 as a food store in Chicago. Charles Rudolph Walgreens was a drug enthusiast who worked under Issac Blood. Today, Walgreens is everywhere trying its hardest to satisfy customers everywhere. It is at every corner or every street giving you everything you need from protein powder to $1000 tobacco. Not to mention its level of new employees that come to work here and gain experience in the real world. Walgreens is a brilliant convenience and is superior to every store imaginable due to its service, its customers, and its ideal product.
Walgreens has the best service of all time. Recently, I was innocently strolling, as I do, to the local Taco Bell at 9 in the morning. I was going to do some online classes there while enjoying a taco. When I went there, it was closed. It was negative 10 and I was going to be late for class. I sprinted from store to store and they were all closed. I realized there was one option: Walgreens. With minutes left, I ran all the way to Walgreens to do my class in the bathroom. There was a problem. The bathroom required a code that only employees know. I ran to an employee with seconds left and realizing my predicament, the employee gave me the code and told me no to tell anyone. So I successfully made it to my class in the Walgreens bathroom. This is how all stores should be. The employee was successful in realizing my situation and made my walgreens experience unlike any other. No other store has done this for me. One time I ventured into the depths of a Subway with a buddy of mine. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and he took the bill angrily and told me that I needed to pay with smaller dollar numbers next time. This is not how you treat customers. Instead he should have taken the bill and given me my food. No one wants to be taught a lesson by some Subway employee. Walgreens would have never treated me with such disrespect.
Walgreens has better customers. Me and a buddy of mine were purchasing some fine items from the local Walgreens. We unfortunately were a bit short on cash and couldn’t finish the payment, but someone behind us came to the rescue and paid for us. This act of kindness made me realize that people who shop at Walgreens are simply better than other people. The person behind me could have told me to move out of the line or get out of the store, but instead they just paid for me. This is the act of an average Walgreens shopper. Compared to other customers, Walgreens does it right. Me and my buddy went to the local Little Caesars once to purchase a disgusting pizza. We were waiting 20 minutes for it to be made when a man dressed in all black walked into the store. He grabbed a mountain dew bottle, hid it in his shirt and sprinted out the door. He did not pay for the drink. This is the act of a common criminal. Walgreens customers would never commit such heinous acts of violence. Not to mention if some scoundrel did steal from Walgreens, I have full faith that the workers would have chased him and jumped him. Walgreens does not tolerate thievery.
Walgreens has the best products. Target is a large store with many assortments of things. I went there before and found 100 flavors of gum. There is lots of food, clothes, and toys. The store is also very big. This can be problematic. Having all this stuff is nice, but it's not in a compact area. It is a very big store and can be difficult to navigate. Walgreens doesn’t have this problem. Walgreens has candy, drugs, and chips. You will never need anything else. Not to mention the store is very small and extremely easy to navigate. Its small space and essential items gives it that edge of perfect products, while other stores overdo it.
Walgreens uses its perfect products, customers, and excellent service to be the best shop in the whole world. Walgreens uses its products to be extraordinarily quick and simple. Its service bolsters its level of superiority as well and its customers are flawless people. Walgreens is the best and everyone should go there. Walgreens is not a friend or even a best friend… it's a guardian angel.

Walgreens pharmacy on W
Walgreens pharmacy on W. Sugar Creek Rd is horrible. New ppl all the time that don't know what they're doing. Will put you on hold after hearing your request which puts you back in que behind other customers. Would not transfer prescriptions to Walmart
Just infuriating. I'm no longer a customer. Hallelujah

unprofessional and incompetent staff
The Pharmacy department including the Pharmacist and the technician at Walgreens on Chesterfield Parkway East are unprofessional and incompetent. We had scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s Hepatitis vaccine two weeks ahead of time and when we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment they told us that they “gave our appointment to someone else” when we told her that we are 10 minutes early for our appointment and why she gave it to someone else and we showed her proof of our appointment she said: “oh ok that’s right” and then spoke with the pharmacist who told us that they don’t even have our vaccine on hand. So when I complained to them for not having the vaccine ready both the pharmacist and technician started yelling at me for being impatient and told me to come back on Monday to get the vaccine. When I asked them why they did not prepare the vaccine for our appointment, they said that they prepare the vaccine when the patient arrives, which makes no sense because if they don’t have it on hand then they have wasted that person’s valuable time. When I asked for a confirmation for Monday’s appointment they wouldn’t give me one and yelled at me and told me that they will have it ready then. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

Investigators need to check on this
This pharmacy is the worst they obviously don’t care about employees or customers Bruce the pharmacist thought he was going to scream at me then I witnessed him throw medicine at his coworker Robyn there is abuse and mistreatment going on and he needs to be removed to make this a safe work place for the other employees

Worst customer service ever at Walgreens Stanley St, New Britain, CT!!! I received a text saying my prescription refill was "in progress" while at the same moment received an email saying that it was not approved by my Dr. I called them; after you're on hold for more than a half hour YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY GET CUT OFF! This has happened multiple times. Goodbye to Walgreens Customer NON SERVICE! I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

I would not recommend the Walgreens…
I would not recommend the Walgreens pharmacy to anybody. I’ve been a customer with them for years upon years. In the winter time I go without insurance. They’ve always helped me out with coupons for my medication‘s. Today went to go claim one of my prescriptions and ask them to use a coupon on it. The pharmacist told me he’s new there and that he will not accept coupons on narcotic medication‘s. Keep in mind I’ve been on this medication for years and years. Now it takes several days to have the doctor rewrite the prescription and cancel the prescription out of Walgreens that they cannot transfer to another pharmacy. So this weekend I will plan on staying in the hospital where I end up because I don’t have my prescription. I then think I should send the hospital bill to Walgreens. I need this prescription to help with the pain from moving around on a daily basis.

Horribly slow shipping
Horribly slow shipping. Took over three weeks to receive my order. This is the second time I had this problem with ordering from Walgreens. There will not be a third time as I will never get anything from this company again. Worst experience ever. Customer service was substandard as well. Overall would like to leave zero stars.
