My great experience at Walden University comes down to exceptional mentorship, structured course delivery, and comprehensive academic tools that meet you exactly where you are as a returning student. Walden excels at structured online learning, allowing you to maintain an impressive 90.1% average through clear coursework and engaging discussions on critical topics like public health, cancer research, and genetics. Dedicated professors like Dr. Young provide the personalized, patient guidance and APA formatting support that build genuine academic confidence. Furthermore, resources like the Walden Writing Center and the online library function smoothly to give you the specialized tools needed to succeed. An honest, constructive assessment of how Walden handles my financial needs reveals a distinct gap between their official options and the student experience.

I am a retired special education teacher seeking an MSW. I was hesitant about how easy it would be to transition. Walden's exceptional services, designed to assist with my journey to become a social worker, have been integral. Walden's online format has been key to my ability to work while managing my household responsibilities, all while being a full-time student.
