My experience with Wag was good. I would totally recommend them and have been using them for about 2 years. The guy that came was very nice and was so sweet to my dog. My dog was a little shy at first but he didn't mind. He took his time to make sure Bruno (my dog) was comfortable before they left for there walk. He kept me updated with bathroom use and also sent me a very cute photo of him sitting on the rocks. Very nice people and amazing with my dog,

Wag! have been super helpful in helping me use my subscription and their flexibility in types of accounts really enabled me to find what was right for me, and not just what was right for them.

If you use this service, DO NOT believe their refund policy stated online. It says that you will receive a full refund if cancelled over 48 hours prior to boarding. However, this is NOT TRUE! You will be charged as soon as they match you to a pet sitter, even if it is a sitter that is not compatible with your or your pet's needs. If you cancel, even well in advance of the start date, they WILL NOT issue a refund. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use Rover! They actually give a care about their customers, pets, and caretakers. Wag won't even give you a phone number to call for any customer service assistance. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!

As many reviewers have pointed out, Wag will auto renew its premium service without warning you in advance and won’t give you a refund even if you haven’t used their service because they don’t have adequate coverage for my area, something many other companies will do. When I called, the rep just repeated the same phrases, much like the chat bot that I tried first. Very disappointing and felt extremely dishonest.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! DO NOT USE THEM or use your hard earn dollars here… what a terrible Company.

They canceled my dog walker - while he was at my house - and removed the information he needed to get in and care for my dogs. Then, they unilaterally kept moving my scheduled time back while they looked for dog walkers. After a few hours, they notified me that they couldn't find anyone. If it hadn't been for the original walker coming back and letting the dogs out, my dogs would have been left with no care. I was at a Board meeting 2 1/2 hours from home. When I called the service they told me they don't guarantee the service will happen. What?? They offer overnight service. Can you imagine setting up service, going on vacation, and then after you're gone they cancel you because they can't find someone??!!
