twice now two different dog walkers left my apartment door unlocked. I have alerted WAG and no one has reached out to remedy the situation, acknowledge or apologize.

Jacquline was very friendly to me and my dog. We visited about my dogs past as I have only had her since September. I was impressed with Jacquline and felt comfortable with her taking my dog for her walk. I have booked Jacquline for future walks.

I asked a question about my dog pooping in his crate and basically they told me he wouldn't ever stop pooping in his crate! I asked for advice on stopping this and they basically told me it was impossible! Not what I asked for! They said it would be 24 hours, it was 4 days! I do not recommend. If you need an answered question ask your vet, not Wag!

I am very sick so got a dog walker for 9 am. At 9:33 (after I got locked out of chat), she cancelled the service on her end. Wag says they will find you another walker but by the time they do it is too late). I almost had a stroke last night and I had to get up and walk my dog. Wag charged me 30$ for the service and there is no way even in the help chat to get a refund. I am so so disappointed. Shame on whoever owns this company

My new dogwalker actually brought my pups poop BACK INTO THE HOUSE!!!! Update: A representative from Wag! reached out and was very apologetic and understanding of the situation. As is, I have absolutely no issues with the service provided. It was just one walker who did not understand the basics. My normal dog walker, Haley, is fantastic, but she was unavailable that day. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will continue to use Wag! as it is worth every penny and their customer support team is very helpful.

Timothy walked my pups today for the first time. He took them on an amazing walk! I’m sure they will be relaxed and happy when I get home!

Well done recognizing the dogs didn’t want to be out in the rain, and cutting their walk short. I’m sure that made them happy! Thank you!
