Wag has been a great reliable resource that I've been able to depend on each week for taking care of my Shepherds outings for walks and bathroom breaks. Thank you wag! The app itself needs work. Doesn't work well with my Galaxy S10.

Whenever I have doggy babysitting, I take on my daughter’s dog, 25 lb boarder collie/schnauzer Fitz along with my 7lb Chihuahua. They get along, but I am not so anxious to do walking duties particularly in Winter. I rely on Wag and have yet to have anything but the best walkers. So very pleased!

I made an appointment which was canceled. I called customer service and was greeted by Jaira. I explained I had had a procedure. I wasn’t able to walk my Service dog Myla. Jaira Was able to find Dominique and made an appointment for me as soon as possible. This was most helpful I want to say Dominique was excellent with Myla as she’s pretty skittish in the beginning she had a nice long walk and appears to be absolutely content.. thank you for your excellent service. I must appreciate it.

The drop in is a good option for my dog in the evening. I just need her fed and let out to the fenced yard. She doesn’t need a 2nd walk. The wag caregivers have been good about giving her some time to be outside and making sure she gets her food they follow my instructions on leaving lights on for her , etc. really nice option.

I bought a box of bully sticks for around $85 and there were more than fifty bully sticks in the box. Compare that to $12 for one bully stick when you go to the pet store! Not only was it inexpensive to buy them this way, but they arrived fairly quickly.

Absolutely horrible App and software for PC. Unable to navigate a simple request to modify recurring walk times from 5pm to 430. Ready to cancel the account and try Rover. Get your App together!

I have been trying to find a good walker/sitter for my dog after having a bad experience with Rover. You can't believe the profiles of these walkers. One guy had over 700 reviews, so out of curiosity I went through the first 100 reviews....they were all from the same person...just over and over and over. How does Wag allow that? BEWARE! Do your due diligence.
