Rachel B. is always so thorough with giving me reports on her walks with my dog. She provides details and is alwasys so kind in her communication. I also love the photos of the walk she includes in her report. Having the Wag app is very helpful to stay updated on when and where the walks are happening. Thank you Rachel!

My walker Rachel is very punctual and always shows up as scheduled. My dog Molly loves her and gets so excited every time she sees her. 👀

I had the worst experience with this company. They had multiple people show up at my house to walk my dog without my authorization,. When I tried to cancel a service, it said I had nothing booked. I couldn’t get a hold of anybody at customer service. I was charged $55 for having people trying to walk my dog. I tried to speak to someone on Instagram. They said they would have someone reach out to me, that NEVER happened! I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company and get a new credit card. This company is a scam, go to Rover. The app isn’t user-friendly and the customer service is nonexistent. Do not use WAGS!!!!

I’m very pleased with the dog walkers I’ve had using your experience. They are all conscientious, show up on time, and know how to please my puppy! Special shout out to Rachel.

Why does Wag not have a customer service number you can call? Also, do they have liability insurnace, they will not answaer that questions.
