Wag! Has been a great resource. Whether I am planning ahead or looking for help at the last minute, they have always matched me with a courteous and skilled walker. And I know my dog appreciates all the extra attention.

I love the concept of Wag and how convenient it is, but I unfortunately had a bad experience so hopefully they have room to improve. My bad experience went like this: I booked a walk for my dog a week in advance so that I could make sure my pup got the necessary potty breaks it needed while I was out of town that day. Well on the day of the walk I wasn't getting any notifications about the walk starting or if the walker was on the way or anything so I reached out to Wag and they said that unfortunately my walker had an emergency and couldn't do the walk anymore but not to worry, they were working on getting another walker to cover it... Long story short, 2.5 hours after my scheduled walk time, my dog finally got to go outside...

I have used wag 3 times now and think it is a great service. I have only had one walker but she seems very well trained and good with my dog. I do think the pricing is a little high, $20/ walk plus a tip for dog walking in the area is a little more than other companies. I can understand the convenience of last minute walks, but for scheduled walks a discount would be nice. But the option to buy credits at a discount sort of accomplishes this in a small way.

I really like Wag but have found their scheduling system somewhat cumbersome. I tried to schedule walks on a weekend (this was on Friday) and the system scheduled the walks for the following weekend. I tried to call both numbers, on hold for approx 15 min each time and then when I called back again there was a very long wait and they asked that I leave a message for a call-back. It finally got straightened out but I don't have time to spend so many hours (2 hours the first time and 1 hour the next time) trying to contact a person to straighten out my issue.

Easy to use. Really happy with wag.

Wag is a great service I can depend on. I just wish there wasn’t a strict cancellation charge and it was slightly less expensive!
