Wags is a professional dog care program. Staff and anyone connected to Wags, puts customer and dog first. My experience with dog walkers has been outstanding.

So far so good. We’ve used Wag about five times and every single Walker has been a pleasure to work with.

Wag is a game changer for me and my wife! We love the app and the walkers have all been amazing. The visible route Kira gets taken on and the report card are my favorite!

I've had 7 walks scheduled. Four have been good and a couple of the walkers were great. However, there was one walker who showed up (I was not home but he was sent to my apartment by our Receptionist) as scheduled on time to walk my dog. That was good. My dog is very wary of new people, so most of the walkers have had to carry her to the street (as I suggested) and then she would eventually get into the walk and was fine. This particular walker apparently scared her so she hid under the bed. They called me and I said to try to pull her out. A while later I got another call from our Receptionist (who knows the dog) who said that she just wouldn't come out from under the bed. I told her to forget it so we missed the walk. My dog apparently was ok except for the usual initial wariness with another walker later that same day. She was fine when I got home after being gone for approximately 9 hours (which is why I scheduled 2 walks). Chris was the best walker of all. I hope he's available again when I need a walker.

Excellent walkers. Very convenient when I can't take my dog to doggie daycare. However, in my area, a day of doggie daycare costs $25 (with three walks a day included), so a half hour Wag! walk for $20 is quite pricey.

Customer service is superb! I love wag!! Love the app ans you get a picture and review after each walk. Every single walker was so great to our Nelly

In general great! My three dogs have had such a nice time with Wag walkers.

So far, so good. I have used Wag to walk my dog in Manhattan. Each time, the walker was there on time, walked my dog and best of all, I got reports on the beginning and end of the walk, as well as when and where she did her "business". Everything was in order when I returned. So I have only good things to say about Wag so far!
