This has been the best service for me and my dog. I don't have to worry about being stuck at work without someone letting my dog out. It makes life way more flexible.

Do not trust this company and IGNORE THEIR FIVE STAR REVIEWS! Wag are trying to flood this site with fake 5 star reviews of their service as an exercise in damage limitation after a spate of bad publicity. One of their sitters lost a lady's dog and then Wag had their legal team send her some horrible, cruel, threatening letters trying to force her to shut up about it. If you look at the dates and times of their 5 star reviews you will see that they are all posted in huge clumps within minutes or hours of each other on the same day. They are not real reviews and show just how dishonest and untruthful this company is. I would never trust my fur babies with them, never. EVER! Nasty nasty people. Their company has lost scores of dogs.

I absolutely love this service. The walkers are very friendly with my dog, reliable and prompt. I would recommend Wag to any dog parent.

Super easy and convenient, only drawback so far is that it takes the company a while to answer you when you have questions.

I have had a great experience with my wag walkers. They always send me a picture and video and a detailed description of the walk and how my dog is doing. I also love the free lockbox and trust them 100%. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey. But, I love that they offer discounted walks when walkers are already walking another dog nearby!

As a first time user, I am so happy to have this app! I love when I'm having a busy day I know my dog is taken care of. I also love the opportunity for discounts and gifts. A couple of things I wish were better: ~I don't find the app very use friendly. But that could just be me. ~I wish the dog walkers were more experienced in how the app works to assist me. ~When I texted the support line, I don't feel I received good answers to my question and it felt more like a sales pitch to get me to sign up for regular walks.

I can't say enough good things... I work insane hours and constantly felt guilty about not having time to play with my puppy. I got tired of relying on friends that may or may not come to help. This app allows me to have someone at my house whenever I need them. My dog has been significantly more relaxed and happy when I get home.
