Truthfully I loved Jenny. She walked both my dogs very well. I had more issues with Wag. They need a place on the app to see your transactions and balances. Will not be using again.

So far the service has been great! The set up was a little clunky since I was looking for a regular dog walker but once I got one scheduled, it's been terrific. My dog truly appreciates it the most, I'm sure! :)

All the walkers have been amazing with my dog. Wag has been great with communication in scheduling walks.

This app has changed my life! I no longer have to worry about my dogs getting exercise during the day with my busy schedule. Of of my walkers have been on time and send me updates and detailed reports after every walk. Will definitely continue to use and spread the word!

Wag has been a real life saver for me! I have a rescue pup who can't handle daycares so I needed help eating a walker. I have had the best walkers and they make me feel so comfortable with the tracking and report cards!

I love Wag! All of the walkers we have used have been amazing! We receive picture and video updates during their walks, and they get plenty of exercise and don't have to be stuck in the house all day while we work!

Wag! You are a joke. You remind me of a restaurant owner I know that every time he gets a bad review, he has everyone he knows from the time he was 12 counteract with the BEST review. In time, people know he is a scam. I see you are doing the same. There is no way you spent 30k trying to find Buddy the lost dog in Massapequa. Prove it with real bills and cancelled checks. You have someone who's a single mom, holding down 3 jobs with no time to pee...and this is who's watching a puppy that is full of energy and nervous around strangers. Doesn't make sense. I would not hire you to watch my pet rock. You're getting the worst press and should think about turning it around. Be a hero! Do the right thing and get that dog back to Jack. He needs him. He's 4 years old and deaf. Buddy was his companion and kept him safe. Own up to this misfortune and FIND BUDDY!!

We've had nothing but bad experiences with Wag. Very poor customer service, rude staff, app that doesn't work half the time, and we've been through SIX Wag walkers and have yet to find one who actually knew what they were doing with our Portuguese Water Dog. I don't know how these people pass whatever vetting Wag has to become a walker, and it does not seem like they've had any kind of basic instruction whatsoever. Reading the latest news story about a Wag walker losing a dog and then threatening the owner with legal action to keep quiet about it (as per the Daily News article), that is the last straw for us. I suddenly have a very bad feeling about this company.
