I recently moved to a new neighborhood in Boston and desperately needed a walker ASAP. I sent emails to over a dozen local companies that either had a wait list or took to long to get back to me. I was able to book a reservation for my dog the night before without any hassle. The lockbox came within days. The walkers always uploaded a photo of my pup along with the route they went on.

As of right now I’m not the happiest costumer. Very inconsistent and they are very quick to say sorry but will do nothing to keep me happy and using their service. Will only use if I’m in dyer need.

Amazing customer service

Lyndie was amazing! She took great care of my pups and kept me informed all through the time she was taking them for walks. I came home to healthy happy babies. Her professionalism is unmatched and I will love to work with her in the near future. I was very happy that a representative from WAGS called me and went over my concerns and had them all addressed. I am very pleased to say the least.

I am completely satisfied with WAG. The walkers have been prompt, and if they are delayed, I get a notified. I feel at ease knowing: when the walk starts, exactly where my dogs go and how far (using their GPS), how long, and when they return. Each walk ends with a photo of the walk and a 'report card.' Add to that, the few times I have texted the 'office' the customer service has been responsive, courteous, and excellent I highly recommend WAG.

Wag! is easy and I’ve had really great experiences. Only downside is my dog it turns out is afraid of men, so one walker didn’t quite work out. I wish there was some way to add preferences like that, but if you’re dog is more easygoing it’s awesome how fast they can be there. I love the ease of getting a lockbox and the communication.
