Excellent response when walk is requested. Walkers are very communicable and share photos and updates about the dogs. I had a walker offer to feed my dogs in my absence. Highly recommend!

Has some genuine dog lovers as walkers. Some issues actually getting a walk on demand some times because the walkers do not know exactly where the walk is located until they are approved for the walk so in my situation I need a walker with a car! A walker who needs to commute is most likely going to cancel as soon as they see the hoops they’ll have to jump through just to get to my house for a 30 minutes long walk. If they tweaked that information on the app for their walkers there would be less cancellations

Always there if you need a walk last minute. As a walker and a customer I have been on both sides and know that people are taken care of by the company. I trust the walkers who come in will take great care of my dog.

Great and easy to use

Good response time. Wish they would let us communicate more with our dog walkers though and keep them permanently if we wanted to. But they’re concierge service is always helpful otherwise and accessible. They do send a lots of texts at once though - almost too many! The dog walkers are all great though and nice people.
