Overall positive experience with Wag. Very responsive and I love how interactive and attentive the walkers are with me as an owner.

They defiantly need to fix there timing issue and customer support lines! Every time I had some issue there was no one there to even answer my questions! Overall a good product if I you do it and manage it right.

Love Wag. All of the walkers I’ve had so far have been excellent. It’s super easy to use and perfect for last minute needs or irregular work schedules (like mine). It’s a little more expensive than other dog walking services I’ve used, but worth it for the customer service and flexibility. I do wish it were a touch cheaper. Especially for 2 dogs.

I use wag for my daily/recurring dog walks! My dog is a bit reactive so I was hesitant at first to trust a stranger with handling him but once I met my walker, all my fears were eased! Wag is a very reliable service that does its best to keep you informed of your dog's day. After each walk you get a photo with a report card that states what they did on their walk along with a GPS map of their route. It was easy to schedule a meet and greet and its great knowing your dog is being taken care of!

I think the pricing is quite high for the service. Also, when a walker left my door unlocked - Wag did not offer any compensation. I like that walks are GPS tracked, walkers have the option to send video updates, and the customer service team is responsive.

So beyond grateful for Wag! taking care of my girl Harlowe while I'm at work. It allows me to be fully invested in work during the day, knowing she is having a great time and being able to get out of her room for a bit with a fun friend. Thank you Wag for allowing me to breathe a little easier and keeping my puppy smiling!
