The app is not very intuitive especially arpund scheduling/the schedule, but the service is amazing

Every walker has been extremely loving and caring with our dog. Customer service is also very prompt kind and understanding . We love Wags and are looking forward to use for overnight boarding and training services also . I would recommend to everyone !

Wag in theory is a great app and from what I know they are extremely careful in their hiring process. The walker and boarder I have used for my pup were both wonderful! Our boarder went above and beyond sending photos and videos throughout the weekend. Our walker was also great. Because this is a newer app I think there are bugs that need to get worked out. I have sometimes been reached out to by several people for the same request. You have to really stay on top of what has been promised so there is no miscommunication. Other than that I enjoy the app, the people.

I’ve done several Wag walks for my dog and the walks have been great. They are on time and you can see where they go for their walks.

Every walker I've been assigned has been amazing, accommodating and really seem like genuine dog lovers! Great, great service!

Wag is so helpful for being able to both work and have a dog. When I have something come up unexpectedly at the office, I can schedule a walker and know my dog is getting attention and exercise.

The user-friendly app, communication with staff, professionalism with the walker and trust I have built, are just a few of the reasons why I've been so pleased with the Wag app. I will absolutely tell others about the positive experience I've had so far. Highly recommended.

This is a great company and I hope they continue to expand their services as they grow! My first experience was not up to par but customer service was very helpful and went above and beyond to give me a great experience on the second walk. I would love for them to improve the user experience in their app, along with better graphics/design. There isn’t much functionally on the users end... I’ve had to contact customer service to change profile details along with home access info etc. the Wag! Lockbox is super convenient and communication with the walkers is easy. Overall I am very satisfied with Wag! and continue to use them regularly!
