Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Great experience, reliable walkers.

Very professional service, always on time and very good and energetic walkers. My dog comes back always happy.

I believe Wag has the potential to receive 5 stars but as of right now there is still a little room for improvement. Hence the reason I gave them a 4 stars. The dog walkers are wonderful, very efficient and take great care of my little Jack Russell. Lucy always comes back extremely happy. The only down fall is that there has been a little lack of communication. With me being in and out of the hospital 24/7 I was expecting to have a dog walker in a timely manner. On a ew different occasions we had two dog walkers no show/no call. Also, I’ve waited up to two hours maybe a little longer not knowing that they didn’t have a time frame. If that would have been communicated to me I would have set up walks In a timely manner with a 2 hour frame. Other than that, the service has been great. Thank you, Ashley

We just started using wag and we are beyond impressed. It didn't matter who walked our dog, each Walker was professional, courteous and tested our dog so well. We can't believe how wonderful the Wag customer service and walkers are. It's a life saver.

Great service with a fun user experience!

Great app for helping me out during the work week when my friend can't walk my dog. The walkers have all been great and the feedback they supply has all been very helpful. Only criticism is that it's a little expensive

Reliable! Have enjoyed our regular dog walker and hope to continue using the service.

Amazing app. Always convenient. My dogs love being walked!
