I tried out wag when I went on a vacation for 9 days out of sheer guilt about thinking of my dogs laying around wondering when I would be home... My son is a wag dog walker and really raves about what he does, and the company! I used the same dog walker for the 9 days, and love her and have continued the service since returning.

Overall it makes owning a pet for a working couple way easier than we imagined. That said, we had one less than ideal experience with a walker for our then 11-week old puppy. Puppies are going to be curious and eat things off the ground and our walker did not prevent this from happening causing the puppy to throw up. He did, however, react incredibly appropriately by calling us right away and offering to stay at the apartment as long as needed (in this case until I got home 45 minutes later). After chatting with him before he left, it was clear that he had little experience taking care of dogs / puppies which was unfortunate. The rest of the walkers we've had (~6 or 7) have all been very good.

Wag is great. Super easy and smart. I really like the app and the walkers. They always send cute pics, videos and summaries. Highly recommend!

I’ve loved my experience with Wag! The app & website are extremely user friendly and the customer service was exceptionally fast. I highly recommend it!
