I really appreciate that this service exists because I hate leaving my puppy alone for long periods of time, but I work full time and my husband is in the military, so it’s a necessity. Knowing I can schedule walks on Wag anytime makes me feel much better and my puppy loves it. I haven’t had a walker I haven’t liked and all seem trust worthy. I love that you get real time updates and that communicating with your walker is super easy. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because it is a little expensive in my opinion. If it were a little cheaper I would use in during the work day too. Right now we use is on the weekend if we are going to be out of the house for a long period of time.

I’ve used Wag! multiple times and my fur buddy Cedric has seemed to enjoy every minutes of his time with the walkers! They follow all of my instructions and go above and beyond!

Thus far I haven’t had any horrible experiences with the walkers. I have a security camera in my apartment and watch them pick-up/drop-off my pup. They have been nothing but kind and patient with her, one man even sitting on my kitchen floor for twenty minutes until the pup warmed up to him.

I've been using Wag for about three weeks now, and it's great. I love the report cards and the comfort being able to track my dog during the walk brings. The app is easy to use too, which helped my choose it over Rover. My only concern is with the varying degree of walkers. Some get a mile plus on a 20 min walk, some get a half mile. This isn't enough to make me try another service, but just to be aware of.

Really like the service. It is convenient when you cant make it home or have plans change and don't want to keep your dog stranded.

It's a great and reliable service and it's reasonably priced as well

Everything about Wag is wonderful except text/phone access could be better. One time I had to cancel a scheduled walk and it was difficult.
