Wag is a great service. They walkers have all been great with my two babies. My dogs love the exercise and getting back in the outdoors. The walkers are promt and I love the GPS tracking feature.

Every walker we have used has been fantastic and the convenience of such a great app for scheduling walks is a plus. My family highly recommends Wag and use them regularly.

I love, love love my walker Emily. She goes above and beyond and is the sweetest individual. However, wag!s customer service is terrible. I still have not received a wag lock box despite several calls and texts and promises the problem would be addressed. I'm fortunate because I have Emily for now but god forbid I ever book a terrible walker. There is no where to go to if you have a problem - you hit a dead end. It's unfortunate because I love my current walker but will probably switch services in the future. EDIT: they asked for my information so here it is - Samantha E. I had to be away for about 10 days. While Roo, my dog was taken care of in the evening, I needed her walked 1-2 times per day. Wag wa great! They let me know when and where she was walked and the walkers were beyond living to her. I would highly recommend Wag to every pet owner I know.

The app has potential to be good but the follow up customer service is lacking. When you schedule a walk you are told that it will be confirmed in 45 mins. That IS NOT the case, a few times now I have set up a walk and no one arrived to walk my dog. If the walker cancels, there is no notification and you better hope you figure it out on your own.

I’ve used two different people for my doggie care and was very pleased with both. I like the photo time date stamp so that I’m sure they are there. My neighbor told me that they played with them outside the entire time as I had requested. My daughter now uses them.

my walker is there when i need him and that means a lot to me knowing my best friend is being taken care of while i am at work.
