Good communication and customer service. The app doesn't always work right so I wish they would fix that and make it a little more user friendly.

I love the "report cards" I get in the middle of the day after the walk is over! IT gives be peace of mind that my babies are ok.

Although a bit pricey, Wag is great. The company makes it extremely easy to communicate (text, etc.) efficiently and the GPS tracking for walks is such a great idea!

I have used Wag when I used to live in New York City and had a great experience. My experience has just been ok with Wag in Florida. My original intent was to have the same walker three days a week but the walker kept rescheduling. Then got double booked with a walker in the same day through the system nothing I did. Just hasn't been going as smoothly as I would have hoped.

I have had several different walkers from wag, as well as a weekly scheduled walker. My expectations have been exceeded every time. I love watching my dog’s walk live. I can see videos, pictures, and I receive a report card when the walk is completed. This is an excellent company!

5 Stars WAGS is an incredible service! Everyone is very sweet, reliable and has a passion for dogs. The customer service at WAGS is quick, helpful and respectful. I don't have a bad thing to say about WAGS!! Very happy customer :)

Very good service. User interface could use some work (I have to exit like 8 screens at the end of the walk to get done with it)

LOVE LOVE LOVE. My dog is my baby and I have never been so happy to find this service. It is easy and very helpful when I'm in a pinch to find time to walk my golden-doodle Maverick. Everyone so far is so sweet and respectful of not only my dog but my house as well.
