I love Wag rapid response communication!

We have been so fortunate to have Kelsey walk Ranger weekly. She is amazing and he loves her. The company is very responsive and I really appreciate it.

Every walker on Wag! has been great. I've gotten good reports, videos and pictures from every walker and they're always very punctual. I've had to reschedule or change walk times at the last minute and the customer service is very prompt, polite, and helpful. The app has helped me a ton while I've been in a jam!

I started using Wag after having surgery and needed someone to walk my precious little one in the mornings. The Walker that responded immediately bonded with my dog. Even though I am mostly on the mend I made the decision to continue using Wag one day a week so my dog could get a good run in.

It’s so nice to know that my dog is in good hands and enjoying time out of house while I’m at work. Their website is very easy to use and they get back to you within mins. I highly recommend them to keep your dog happy and healthy.

Wag has been absolutely wonderful for my dogs! Everybody has been very sweet and amenable… The only issue I’ve had is waiting a few hours twice for a walk to be booked. This was easily resolved by calling the 800 number and I will continue to use the service!

I love my walker, but customer service is difficult to work with when one needs to make changes to a recurring walk schedule.
