At the beginning I had some difficulty with Wag!, however, after the dust settled things have been great. We have our dog on a recurring walk schedule with an amazing walker, who we both trust and love taking care of our dog! The app is both easy and fun to use, as we love to watch our dog’s walk live and get report cards for every walk. Overall, life has been so much easier with Wag!

I love the communication that the walkers have with me since I cannot be at home. Always an update via my phone with a “live”walk, notes on how the my dog Charlie enjoyed her time, the things that interested her and helpful tips on areas they could assist with. I feel my dog is safe in the hands of the girls that come and I love that they always give her fresh water and take a cute picture that is sent to me. Recommend WAG!

This dog walking and board service is AWESOME. I recommend this service to anyone, including close family with pets. I get the same dog walker if I book the same time window (at 7 a.m.) and he is the nicest dog walker. I get a report card after every walk with a picture. They provide you with filters to put with the pictures, which I always use and send to people for giggles. I also do it to promote the service *wink*. I can track where my dogs are being walked and I can track the distance and time they've walked. I can't imagine using a different service ever again.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the WAg dog walkers :).

I needed to use wag for an unplanned trip that caused me to need to leave one of my dogs home for two days alone. I was able to easily schedule walks from the app and keep up with my dog while I was away. I love being able to text who is walking my dog and communicate anything such as the time they needed a towel for drying feet or the time we came home early and I didn’t want to surprise the walker. Customer support has been excellent in addressing any concerns and correcting billing issues due to my user error when scheduling.
