Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Kudos WAG! People love their animals like children and to know that WAG is there to responsibly enter our homes and take care of our dogs is priceless! Your app is awesome and the communication between the walker and the owner is beyond cool. The GPS, the updates...everything is professional and thorough. Ben and Cody are great. Thanks for being there!

The communication and sincerity from the WAG team has been great - for every walk. There have been a few different walkers assigned and each have been very friendly and respectful of my senior dog's needs. Dogs are happy to see them every time! Really grateful for this service!

Good other then when you offer a discounted rate it never seems to happen and I end up paying full price.

Easy to use, wonderful features, experienced dog walkers, excellent customer service. I couldn’t ask for a better experience as a new dog owner needing help with my little Bernedoodle puppy!

The concept is great, and the most reliable aspect of WAG is the walkers themselves. There have been several occasions when the functionality of the app was less than desirable, though. Not only have I experienced buggy communication issues, but walkers have voiced similar complaints to me, as well.

Great concept! I have used WAG several times. All of my experiences have been good. My dog is happy....and she is getting out of her kennel during the day while I am at work!

Service itself is good. Although, they could improve upon scheduling interface and response time from concierge. I sent an email two weeks ago regarding a promotion I never received and pricing and still have not received a response. I do like the ability to have a preferred walker and taking off walkers from your list.

I Love Wag and so does my Furry Baby, so easy to use. I love getting a Bio of the Walkers. I also really love seeing where they walked and the cute Pictures.
