Great service!

Wag! has been a lifesaver with our erratic schedule, even allowing us to take a few day trips when we had company in town. I get piece of mind from the messages telling me when the walk starts and ends and enjoy seeing a picture of my pup walking as well. It is wonderful to know that our pup will get out for his walks.

I have used Wag half a dozen times, and loved the accessibility, ease to book a walker, and the app reporting - being able to see where the walker is with my dog, as well as when they start and end. I also like the occasional popup that says someone is available for a walk, since there were a couple times I forgot to book a walker, and that popup came at the perfect time! Also, they are covered for liability, which has me feeling safer that they access my house to get my pooch. I will continue to use Wag.

I have had the best experience with Wag. They are efficient, detail oriented and have great walkers. I know my dog is in good hands with them.

I used Wag multiple times, usually signing up for an hour walk for my pup. Most times there were no problems however one day I was able to get off work early and went home while my pup was supposed to be on his walk. I got home with 20 minutes left in his walk to see the walker leaving my house and continued to run the GPS to make it look like she walked him to the hour mark. When I called Wag to talk about the discrepancy they argued with me for 30 minutes asking for me to send them a photo of the walk(after you close out of the walk you are unable to see the walk map again). Eventually I gave up and hung up on them...such a bad experience when I am putting my fur babies well being in someone else's hands(and pocket).

It’s a good concept but needs work. I dislike how you can’t really pick your dog walker and the walker profiles are not too descriptive. If i let a stranger into my home while I’m away I’d like to know more about them, background checked or not. Also there needs to be better time management with the walkers themselves. I’ve had a lot of walkers come late or have to reschedule at the last moment, which pushes the time back. I’m not sure if this app is meant for grown dogs or puppies because i can’t list my puppies months on her profile. I do like how the app keeps you updated with everything that’s going on with the current walk and how they try to re schedule a walk if there’s a problem. This app may work for most but I’ve chosen not to use it anymore

I found Wag to be very easy to arrange dog-walking (even on short notice), their website was easy to navigate and the people were kind and quick to respond to questions.
