Great customer service! I can always depend on wag! to send a reliable dog walker without issue. The app has saved me on late work nights a number of times. I absolutely love it.

I recently had hip replacement surgery and I am unable to walk my medium golden doodle. She has never been walked by anyone but myself. Minnie was reluctant to walk with them in the beginning but she has built a trust with the Wag walkers and is always happy to see them and sad to see them go.

Nice company and app, I like the idea of giving end small time providers the ability and tools to provide services like this. The app was easy to navigate and get signed up with. I like the complimentary first use so you don't have to shell out to find out the quality of provider in your area. Both the app and the dog walker were very communicative and professional. The walker was great with my dog, giving them time to get to know them first. The GPS tracking while my dog is out is very reassuring and the videos are a nice friendly touch. Now obviously since this is a big company that hires independent dog walkers results may vary, but I even clicked on the become a dog walker section and they seem very thorough in there screening process. Wanting my full details as well as history working with animals.

Every dog walker has been a positive experience for my dog and me trusting a stranger with him. They are people who love animals and show it.

Wag has been a great service. I’ve had no problems navigating through the app. My dog walker has responded quickly. I love the photo opp at the end of the walk. It is comforting to know where they walk and what business my dog does while in their walk.

Wag has been a Godsend to me. I was told by my doctor that I was inclined to fall when walking my large Golden Retriever. I was told about Wag and investigated it as a solution for the need for my dog to receive exercise. I am new and have worked with only three dog walkers, but am very pleased with them. One of the three sort of disengaged when I thought she was scheduled to walk my dog and did not. In any event Wag is a great solution for walking my dog. Thank you.
