Love this group. The walkers are all so friendly and say nice things about my pups!

Nice, friendly, dog lovers. I don't care how quickly you need a sitter they WILL find someone, and someone that's good. Also, when one sitter failed to show up for a sitting the way their customer support team handled it was SUPERB! She calm and very reassuring. They found another sitter within 30 minutes and he was at my home within an hour. Even in a bad situation they made me love their company.

I think it's a great concept, and the app is fairly easy to use. I've only used the walking feature (not boarding or grooming), and my experience varies a lot between every walker, so there is a lack of consistency. A lot of the features, such as the report card, are great in theory (and cute!), but not all walkers approach the situation with the same level of professionalism. I consider myself to be fairly low-maintenance, so these issues are minor when compared to the convenience of having my dog walked on demand when I'm not feeling well or too busy. However, the lack of consistency is probably my only reservation when recommending this service to a friend.

Wag! has been an incredible help with our puppy. Getting pictures and updates when we are at work definitely put our mind at ease. There were a few instances where the walker canceled last minute and we had to make other arrangements but in the past six weeks, it has only happened twice. Overall, they offer an excellent service.

Have had some very good walkers- and some not so good. The app is easy to use, very reliable, excellent customer service. I love the free lock box available. My only negative opinion is it’s unfortunate you cannot pick a walker- it’s counter productive to be assigned a walker, dislike the walker’s attributes, cancel the walk, and hope you get someone new/better.
