Angus Loves Wag and what Angus loves we all love.

Wag is a great App. We like to have our dog walked when we will be away for a long portion of the day and Wag makes the coordination easy. All the walkers we have met have been friendly and professional. Wag has a concierge that reaches out to help make scheduling easier (and offer discounts now and again). I highly recommend this service to my friends and family.

Too much spam. Emails, texts, apps alerts. I wanted a dog walker not a stalker.

We used Wag twice in our rural area and had good experiences then we sent a request for a third time and got a notification they weren't available in our area. I called to verify this and ask why we were able to use it the first two times and were told they had taken it out of our area or something because we are a little rural. The guy I spoke with assured me he would send someone this time still and when we got home very late we noticed no one had came - we got stood up! Our poor dogs were so hungry and upset and acting off the walls because we were HOURS late getting home. I'm so disappointed we were told someone would show and they didn't. When little lives are dependent on it, that was a bad move to not have someone show up! Won't be using this service again, even when they officially come back to our area.

Very simple to use. Incredibly convenient and transparent service that puts you in control of deciding the level of service you would like.

I like WAG, so far the walkers have been good. The only issue I have is the scam with the referral program they offer is a scam. I gave them A customer recently that signed up and is now a WAG customer and I still have yet to receive the free walk they offer when you get family and friends. Thats why they only get 4 stars.

Quick and simple

I absolutely love wag. I'm so grateful to have this service because otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to have a dog since I work long hours. All the wag walkers have treated by dog with so much care. Lady has loved all of them. Especially her favorite, Melissa :)
