Excellent and reliable!

The App works fine, but the customer service is terrible. I had walkers just not show up or show up for 5 minutes of a scheduled 30 minute walk. All of which could be forgiven if their customer service seemed to care. I understand that using contractors sometimes won't work out. What I can't forgive is their customer service (multiple different people there) giving me a firm "meh" every time I called in for help. For example: ME: I scheduled a walk for 1pm. You cancelled that walk at 1:20, telling me the walker would not be there. THEM: OK. It's not like you're going to be charged for it. ME: But now it's an hour past when my dog needed a walk and she's alone at home. THEM: So what would you like me to do? I'm really not a crazy dog person. I'm actually pretty laid back. I don't get upset at the DMV, but the Wag customer service has had me seeing red multiple times. Avoid them if you care about your dog. They certainly don't.

All of Conrad's walker were excellent all just loved walking Conrad! Your Staff have excellent customer service from the walkers to the customer support staff.

I had multiple issues with Wag. Each time, I was unable to get adequate custom service support. Before I canceled my Wag account, I reached out to provide their team with feedback about how poor the experience was, calling out all the issues and that I was unsatisfied with the customer service. I let them know at that time that I would be switching to a different service, hoping that Wag would contact me, apologize for not doing more, send a "make good" as to not lose a customer to another service, but none of this occurred. They never reached back out after I sent that note. Because of this, I will never use Wag again.

I am currently having knee issues. Wag has been a life saver. The walkers are excellent, and very caring with my very senior dog. The app is easy to use. My dog is being well taken care of and that’s all that matters.

Really enjoy the service but the app needs to be updated badly. The app experience should be really smooth. I have a Monday - Friday schedule for walks and when I want to update the “edit walk/access notes” it only allows me to do so when a walker is already assigned. I should be able to edit the notes whenever. Also when editing the notes when I edit one it should update all the other days that I have on there. Also the text your walker feature does not work, they never get my text. The call feature does work. I also don’t like that the walkers can cancel last minute but when I want to cancel after 24 hours there is a fee or reschedule choice. The customer service is great, always have a response right away. I love that we get picture or videos of our pups.
