Very disappointed and unprofessional! The walker name Kayley.K did a horrible thing to my baby. She didn’t know how to walk or handle the dog. I’ve been using the Wag for a very long time and this was the worst ever experience ever. My baby dog got sick and vomiting all day, couple days actually. Wag! never responded to my called or email couple days later and pretended that never happened. The girl useless inexperienced Kayley just doesn’t care about it. She OWED me an apology! I’m still waiting for the Manager response and how they handle and react to this! This girl ruined my time and wasted my money. I should have sued her! Watch out everyone for this girl Kayley.K!

I really appreciate what wag offers. My issue is when I book a specific walker, and then they somehow cannot make it, I end up with another walker bu default, often which changes too. If the walker I requested isn’t available, I would like to be given the option to cancel the walk without penalty.

Wow is all I can say!!! This app is horrible...takes your $25, and then due to the over saturation, you are unable to get a walk!! This app is based on a “lottery” of sorts... I have been part of wag since July and have yet to make one penny. I get hits all day to walk dogs and they all get taken by others. Go with Rover... you have one on one relationships with customer and you make more money!!! This app is a joke!!!!!!

Wag has been a great service for my dogs. They love the walks and sitters that we have had through the service.

I only used WAG for about 6 weeks before I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Golden, but it was an easy and amazing experience. I needed to make sure my elderly dog got out once during the day; not only to go to the bathroom, but also to keep her moving (arthritis). I loved both of my walkers; whom I rescheduled over and over for my own peace of mind. The app is so fun and easy to use!

My dog loves his Wag! walkers and it makes it easy for him to get taken care of.

My experience have exceeded we expectations significantly;however, the app can be glitchy

I've had a couple of changes last minute that I've had to make and they are always very willing to work with me. I've had nothing be great folks to help me talk care of my fur babies!
