I use wag all the time. My dog loves her walkers

My dog loves to be out and I can’t always do it so it’s nice to have a service as great as Wag

Excellent service, app, staff, cost, etc. ZERO complaints or concerns!

Past 2 times I didn’t get a confirmation until 2 -3 hours after I requested my walk. One occasion I finally got a confirmation but the walker didn’t show up until a couple hours after the scheduled time. Then came to find out she canceled my walk because she couldn’t find my place. I live in the largest high rise in the middle of the street.l! Wag also didn’t provide me with a backup walker so money was taken but walk never happened. After I complained I got a refund but I’m losing a trust towards the service. Very upsetting.

Wag is a great service and I love how the app communicates when your walker will be there and shows them on the walk. The report cards and pictures are the best from the walker!

Wag had some amazing walkers come and take care of my Dog while I was away. They fed and gave her water, and updated me with every step that took. I will use Wag going forward. They are excellent. Thank you.

I’ve had friendly a reliable walkers. I really like the photo, tracking and documentation on the app. The box was too small to fit my apartment complex key and I had one person not able to open my front door (despite it being open). But I never felt like my dog was in danger or not being taken care of. He’s been treated very well by wag
