Where do I begin? This company is borderline criminal. They take your information, aggregate the data to add other random profiles to yours, confusing the information, violating your privacy and ultimately cheating you out of money for canceled services and stolen items from our home. Go with trusted, reputable boarding services and walkers. Your pets are worth it!

I just moved to the city and my dog is super anxious most of the time. He has separation anxiety and loves to jump. But he is my child and i love him. After putting in all the information i could into the app, his walker could not have done a better job. She texted me during their walk. Gave me updates. and sent me a picture. All of my dog mom instructions were followed and she was super sweet to my boy.

Was good until it got very dangerous I really enjoyed working for WAG for 1.5 years. I walked many dogs and had a 5 star rating from customers. This was until I got bitten by a dog and had serious damage to my hand. WAG and the dog owners do not help pay for medical bills or any damages. On top of that, they do not require dog owners to disclose any important safety information about the dog..... when I asked if they could do that to protect people walking dogs they said they will NOT. That is EXTREMELY SKETCHY and I do not feel safe walking dogs now that they don't care about our well-being whats so ever. I understand not paying as a third party contractor. What I don't understand is they do NOTHING to protect their walkers. DANGER DANGER DANGER.

Wag is reliable about 75% of the time. Don't bother to schedule a walk on a Sunday morning, it will get canceled 14 times because their walkers sign up for walks, then stay out drunk on Saturday night, and cancel the Sunday morning walk. I've had walks scheduled for 8 am Sunday morning that didn't get filled until after 12 pm that day because of this, and it is like clockwork. Similarly, some of their walkers are unreliable and instead of doing some background work to fully service the customer's request, Wag will just cancel your walk and leave your dog unattended. Last weekend, I was in Puerto Rico and had a walker scheduled for 7 pm. He showed up, claimed he needed a code to get into my apartment, even though there is no code and there is a 24-hour concierge with a key, so Wag just canceled the walk. I then had to spend over 2 hours on and off the phone with them to get a walk rescheduled for my dog that didn't show up until 11:30 that night. This is not reliable service and no mom and pop business would be able to operate this way and stay in business. I will definitely be scaling my use of the service WAYYYYY back since this final straw. FYI, I've spent thousands of dollars on Wag, I prefer to spend my money at this point on a service I can rely on.

My dog loves her walker and I love having someone caring and responsible taking care of my dog while I am at work. The Wag app allows me to monitor the walk and I always look forward to the report card at the end of the walk.

Ann has been a terrific walker. She has been timely, friendly, and truly seems to care for my dog. I would highly recommend her, and Wag! in general.
