a pet sitter over charged me for a dog sitting service price that i did not agree to with wag.. significantly; that same pet sitter left me a note offering to do for cheaper without using wag; i notified wag immediately of my issue and they only offered me wag credits & not even a refund of the difference I agreed to. I will never use wag again and it’s been removed and deleted; my advice is to go with people you know and trust.

Horrible! Not dependable. I had to leave work several times when walkers no showed. I cancelled service and they keep sending me "we're trying to9 send you a walker" messages. I deleted the app and changed my code. Awful!

Jason is a fantastic dog walker, my dogs do not normally like people outside our home. They absolutely love Jason!

I have loved WAG walkers and the convenience of being able to book a walker as needed. However, I think WAG customer service is TERRIBLE! My most recent experience was a WAG walker who did not have a phone on her and did not leave me a map of where she walked. I have also requested that my dog be walked a minimum of 1 mile during a 30 minute walk. In fact, at one point, the app allowed you to specify distance. However, on numerous occasions when this has not occurred, customer service reps say they have no record of this request. This may seem trivial but I am a disabled adult so walkers are my only means of having my dog walked so distance matters.

Great experienced walkers that are loved by pets and owners. Easy to use app. Great pricing.
