Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

The WAG app worked very well to set up a list of WAG dog walkers to walk two chihuahuas for me. It was quick and timely. The dog walker Jacqueline was helpful, courteous, kind to my two chihuahuas. She adapted to them in a caring way. My two pups had a good walk in the park nearby with Jacqueline.

Pretty good for day of or next day needs. But I have had two week long /weekend sitters cancel with less than 12 hours notice. Wag does nothing to make amends. Additionally, the choice of time slot is hourly when there used to be three hour windows. This narrow range makes finding a walker more difficult

I’ve had a great experience until recently. The last 2 or three times I’ve scheduled with a walker they don’t show. Not sure what kind of notification I can be given, but it’s scheduled on the WAG calendar and when the time comes up no one shows.

We will not use Wag again. We used to use your services all the time. Over Christmas our dog was left for over 24 hours without going outside due to a walker cancellation. You reimbursed us for the one day of no walks, I think you should’ve reimbursed us for the entire time we were out of town due to neglecting our dog. We will definitely not be using your services again and I would appreciate the constant asking if we want to use your services to stop.

Convenient and love the tracking feature! The walkers have been great

Love Wag, Walkers always professional and on time. Love the updates and feedback during the walk.

The pet caregivers are wonderful!! Never had any issues and so professional

Wag is very good, probably the best. But some serious evaluation by its Management should be the staff in charge of informing the client the walker will be a no show, or he/she is on her way, finding a substitute when a walker is no show, etc. I do not believe the persons assigned to this tasks cares enough for the client and they surely does not return call or messages.
