Thank you for the kind review, Jane! There’s nothing quite like a pup getting excited at the sound of a familiar car—that kind of welcome is high praise. It sounds like your pup has a new best friend! Whenever you’re ready to book Ingrid again, you can request her directly from the Caregivers tab of the Wag! app for easy rebooking. Here’s to many more tail-wagging greetings and happy days with Ingrid to come!

Thank you, Glyn—we appreciate you taking the time to share this! Sounds like your pup knows a good walker when they see one, and that love is a review all its own. And we’re especially glad to hear the website has been easy to navigate for you—we built both the website and app to give Pet Parents options for how they manage their bookings. If you haven’t already, you can tap “Prefer” on your walker’s profile card in the Caregivers tab of the Wag! app for easy rebooking. Your pup is clearly in good hands—here’s to many more happy walks ahead!

Thank you, Lex—we appreciate you taking the time to share this! It means a lot to have Pet Parents like you with us for the past two years. We’re glad your experience with the Caregivers has been reliable, respectful of your home, and thoughtful with your pets. At two years in, you’ve likely already got your favorites saved as Preferred Caregivers—but if there’s a new favorite to add, you can tap “Prefer” on their profile card in the Caregivers tab of the Wag! app. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pets—here’s to more services and many more happy days ahead!
