the girl that came to walk Bella was great with her. She was very kind and polite and seemed to really love her job. Which is a plus for everyone involved including Bella. And Bella seemed to have a blast. She loves her walks for sure.

I have used Wag a few different times. I find the sitters and dog walkers very personable people. They are very good with animals. I like getting pictures and videos of my pets while I am away.

I used WAG for the first time last weekend. I went away for the night and booked three walks for my dog over the course of 24 hours. I booked the walks over a week in advance. The walker who was supposed to come at 10pm at night canceled at 9:50 and no replacement was assigned, so my dog was not able to go out until the next morning at 8am. There was no apology from WAG until I complained. At that point, they responded by offering me a future walk for free- like I would ever use the service again?! Clearly, you cannot trust WAG to engage reliable enough walkers. Use another service for your pet.

There's no way to contact anyone at Wag. There needs to be at least an email you can contact. I had an incident where a walker needed to cancel on me and didn't know what the procedure was or that if I cancelled, I would be the one charged. Also your app is terrible. I've had to redownload it at least three times. All walkers have been fine.

Walker did not show up with no notice, leaving me stranded at work with a puppy at home longer than he should’ve been allowed. Almost impossible to get in touch with customer service to discuss the issue.

My walker was above and beyond. She did everything to gain access to my apartment and walk Sofia. Very good experience I would definitely use again
