I was nervous about finding a dog walker for my husky’s. They are not easy to walk. I have always been the only one in my family who walks them. I found the wag app, then put my search out for a dog walker. Jaynie answered me within minutes! She has been wonderful while I am away from home. I get notifications during the walk about what my husky’s are doing. I can also watch them walk in real time. I love the wag app.!! I get a report card also about what my pups did on their walk and how they behaved. I never have to wonder or worry. I’ve tried other apps but I feel Wag does a lot more. It’s also very easy to use. I am so happy to have found Jaynie on Wag!

Fabulous experience. Easy to sign up and we found a Walker right away who is perfect for my two dogs. I like that I receive messages when my Walker is on her way and can actually see her walk in real time to see how the pups are doing. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and I will recommend this service to everyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. They charged me an extra $192 for four nights because I asked if the pet sitter could feed my two cats. Literally just feed them. That's it. I had tried to add the two cats before I booked the listing but the only animal you can add is a dog. My issue though is that they waited and on the last day when I closed out the job they charged me without any prior notification. When I called they told me they called me and left a message earlier that day (I tripled checked, they didn't.) They told me they emailed me after they called (I checked all my emails, they didn't.) And then they told me that the pet caregiver complained which is why they charged me. I reached out to her only to find out that they called her inquiring about the cats an hour before I closed the listing. She never complained. Yet another lie. If I would have known of these charges I would have had my neighbor feed them like I originally planned, but since the pet caregiver was stopping in a few times a day anyway I figured it would just be easier to have her do it if she was willing. And then I left a $60 tip to show my appreciation. Little did I know that twenty minutes later I was going to be charged an extra $192 without any notification that they would be doing so. So four nights and $418.99 later I've come to the conclusion that they obviously have no issue stealing peoples money and still being able to sleep at night. I will never use this service again, and I advise that you don't either. You simply can not trust them with your card information. It's beyond appalling.

I use Wag! only intermittently, but when I need them they respond quickly, show up on time and give our energetic dog a great walk.

I had booked 4 walks for my dog. 2 of those walks, the caretaker never showed up. Both were confirmed and said they were going to show up but never did. The 2 walks that the caretaker did show up, it was great. It was the same lady and she was phenomenal. She even sent videos and pics of my dog. However I have to give 2 stars because of the no-shows and the customer support. They didn’t seem to want to help but rather just kept telling me to schedule another walk. Seems like the service needs to vet caretakers better.

Jessica was great with Dixie and kept me updated through the weekend.
