We had the misfortune of getting involved with Vystar in November of 2025 when we purchased a home in Florida. The minor problem is getting them to send statements to the correct mailing address. I have gone online in addition to struggling with their insufficient phone system 3 times to have the address corrected with no success. I have been told each time that it was corrected. The huge error they made involved their autopay system. I prepaid part of the principal thru their confusing prepayment online. In addition to the prepayment, they also took out an additional monthly payment which admittedly I did not notice. On March 27 I again struggled with their phone system to talk to someone in their mortgage department to make sure a payment would not be deducted for April 1st. I was told no payment would be deducted so there was no need to stop autopay. When I checked my bank statement on April 2, I see they had deducted almost $700 payment which they were not entitled to and could have caused me real problems if I didn't have the funds. They are totally inept conducting business in their office. I am paying off the mortgage I have with them to rid myself of the problems they cause. I would recommend that anyone who hears the name Vystar, eliminate them from consideration and go with a lender that is more in control of the services they provide.
