I have been a VyStar Credit Union member for 30 years. I do not live close to a branch, but I reached out to Roger Queen at the Clermont location (the new office) for help with my account, and he exceeded all expectations. Roger managed a complex process with exceptional professionalism. I highly recommend Roger and the team at the Clermont branch. Well done.
