Are you aware of the growing concerns among Stockbridge taxpayers regarding the financial performance and taxpayer costs associated with the VyStar Amphitheater? Your name is prominently attached to this facility, and as residents, we would like to understand what VyStar’s partnership with the City actually provides to the taxpayers who continue to support this venue financially\. As a credit union that promotes financial responsibility and community involvement, we are asking VyStar to take an interest in the financial concerns of the community whose name and tax dollars are connected to this facility\. **What is VyStar doing to ensure this partnership is also benefiting the citizens of Stockbridge—not simply providing value to the City and the VyStar brand?** Stockbridge taxpayers deserve transparency\.

Today, represents a milestone for the 2 star review. Maybe five years ago, I gave 4 stars. Vystar changed their platform it is not as simple or dependable, Vystar is now charging additional fees, this includes if there is a transfer fee from one linked account to another. The wait times are long, if there is no transactions in an account for 6 months to a year, Vystar closes the account and takes the money. My daughter had a Bravo account, with money in it, as of February it is emptied with a 0 Balance. They continue to deposit money into wrong accounts. System is constantly going down. Vystar is suppose to be a Credit Union, but it operates as a Bank, with extra charges. After 25 years, it is time to make a change. I do not recommend Vystar to be dependable or trust worthy with our money.

Once again Vystar online Banking is out for maintenance again. Their poor online banking has been an issue for years. For some reason they keep using the excuse it’s a scheduled maintenance. Why would they do a scheduled maintenance during the early afternoon on a Friday right before the weekend? Crazy!! I like many others I totally rely on checking my accounts very often throughout the day, especially since I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income and having young teenagers. I think it’s time to make the change. Sorry Vystar!

I got a car loan from them a few years back. Car was totaled in an accident and gap insurance paid it off. Skip ahead a couple of years and I keep getting emails saying my statement is ready. I don't know my member number or password anymore since its been maybe 3 years. I called and explained my situation. They said I still have an account, based on my social security number, my phone number, date of birth, and previous address. They have to verify by video and my license. Here's the kicker every time I call I have a 5G 4 bars. Then when they connect for video signal drops to 4G and drops off. They say its something on my end but everything was find until I connect with them. I know its not a million dollars. Their membership fee is $5. They won't even tell much is in the account and said only other option is to show up in person to a local branch. I live in Tampa their branches are in Jacksonville. Im not drive 100's of miles for $5 or whatever amount is there. Worst bank ever. I can even tell them what dealership and car i bought.

I called VYSTAR to have my statement sent to my email. I explained that I was not able to get my statement online. I was put on hold several times as she stated she was working on it. She said it was sent to my email and waited on the phone. I opened it and it said to go online to download. I explained AGAIN that I was not able to get it online and that's why I called!! Waste of my time!! Now, I have to go into the branch and have it printed. They need to be more respectful of their client's time.

Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but customer service challenges with their mobile banking. I tried to use Zelle for an emergency blood transfusion for my brother’s dog and 30 minutes on the phone and they couldn’t figure out why there app wasn’t working for me. I switched to another bank and sent him from another account. Not user friendly, and the issues never get resolved. I’m driving up there to close my account immediately.

As a long time member, I am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with Vystar. The conversion to the new platform is absolutely no better than what they had in place prior to this debacle. In addition, they have gone from being a credit union for the people to acting just like any other bank too big to fail. I did not sign up for a variable rate credit card when I joined them in 1989 and that has now been forced on me along with an interest rate that is jumping up almost double from their last increase. When I called today, I learned they have gone from a live person to an automated recording. They offer me terrible interest rates on savings and CDs. I am left wondering just how this Credit Union is supporting me and its other members any better than a regular bank with shareholders these days.... The mobile banking issues happened during a planned conversion to a new platform. VyStar said all funds are secure. The bank is using local banking tech firm Nymbus to launch the new platform electing it as its digital banking partner a few months after investing $20 million in the company. Don't recall this being divulged prior to the implementation of new platform.
