VuoriReviews of vuoriclothing.com

Bit doubtful about this company. I'm trying to generate a return for my son, who is out of the country and unable to access the internet. Their Live Chat simply doesn't seem to be functioning... And I've been looking at the other reviews. Eeek!

Hoodie stitching came loose after one wear - clear manufacturing defect. Reported within 3 days, well inside the UK’s 30-day refund window. Instead of a quick fix, I was told to fill out a “Product Form,” wait 7-10 days for assessment, and return it specifically to the Bicester outlet - despite Vuori having two London stores I could easily visit. For a premium-priced brand, the return process felt clunky and inconvenient for something this straightforward. Product quality and return flexibility both need work.

Mind over matter marketing. Nice workout clothes...but pricing not in line at all. This is a place for people that have tons of money and have Little interest in looking at value. Additionally I am not their demographic... Loud music, that might not be for everyone, greets a customer. While the staff spends time entertaining themselves. Is this a good place to spend money?

BOTS RUN THIS COMPANY..NO HUMANS TO ASSIST…GO ELSEWHERE TO SOEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Shipping was good … all in all but the fabric is not great i had one flight and a big hole after first wash !!! Would not recommend

Purchased the halo hoodie in heather black. It took a while to finally spend >100$ on a sweatshirt. But.. I loved that it was thin, fit well and warm. I even purchased Another color on line. I washed the black heather and it has pilling on the fabric. Looks cheap and the cuffs are uncomfortable because of this. Who is there to help. It seems customer support (5 emails so far) still cannot answer the question on what I should do to fix this? So don’t purchase this product from a store that is not close to home or easy to get to. It seems unless you shop on line they have no idea what to do. So I will never purchase another product that May in fact wash no better than something less than half the price.

I like the clothes. Men stuff was easy to get to by category. Diff colours and sizes were clear.

Horrible experience. They still haven't sent my package after I ordered it almost a week ago. No one there will give me an actual answer about when I'm actually going to receive what I paid them for.
