Purchased the halo hoodie in heather black. It took a while to finally spend >100$ on a sweatshirt. But.. I loved that it was thin, fit well and warm. I even purchased Another color on line. I washed the black heather and it has pilling on the fabric. Looks cheap and the cuffs are uncomfortable because of this. Who is there to help. It seems customer support (5 emails so far) still cannot answer the question on what I should do to fix this? So don’t purchase this product from a store that is not close to home or easy to get to. It seems unless you shop on line they have no idea what to do. So I will never purchase another product that May in fact wash no better than something less than half the price.

Check the labels!!! Quality Change - Don't take for granted anymore. I am a long-time customer of Vuori, and I mean long before they became all the hype and they only had a couple colors and styles - Vuori was quality and comfort, and I did not care if they did not have more selections. They are very expensive and I was fine paying for it. I recently purchased a pair of pants and the fabric changed. I always trusted this brand never having the need to check the labels and what the fabrics are made of. But this recent change is a different fabric that feels horrible on the skin. The label showed a completely different fabric from Cambodia. I have all types of clothing from this company. Shorts, tanks, running shorts, joggers, all kinds of tops, one pieces and never had any problem. BUT!!!! That seems to have changed. The new stuff from Cambodia or any fabric that is a cheaper version - I will not purchase. I did not return my pants and considered it a lesson learned. Check labels, take nothing for granted. Bummer.....

My Vuori joggers are very comfortable, no question, but after two years, the fabric really stretched out at the knees. Like weirdly as though I had knelt in them, wet! Which I did not. I generally washed and hung up the joggers; they might have been in the dryer a couple of times if my husband washed. Anyway for $100 price point, you should get more than 2 years wear, so I emailed customer service. They asked for pictures; I sent them. We’ll get back to you, they said. Haven’t heard a word even after a “hello?” reminder from me. Literally ghosted me. Crap customer service and based on my experience with the joggers — not worth the money if they only last a couple of years.

I like the clothing and feels great on. However they use DHL Express and my closest return point is over 20 miles away. I was going to pay the return and see returns go to California. Not a very sustainable option IMO. I had 1 of 4 to return. I'll probably reluctantly keep but avoid this company in future. Shame.
