Vultr suspended user accounts unreasonable. Vultr is really worse, they are using abuse of power. They don't allow gambling content in their policy, and they asked for our organization, and I answered it's gambling. But if they asked what the content of the websites are under their service, the answer could be "all the content is about sport news, blogs". Since all the content is about sport news, blogs, I am confident say that I did not against their policy, but they still suspend my account. People here need to be aware before using this service.

Don't use this service! It is impossible to stop again and the customer service is extremely bad!!

You need SMTP to send messages ? Surprise, 25 port is blocked by them by default and you will need to give them a bunch of personal data in order to wait response for Math.Infinity amount of time. Avoid Vultr, the worst hosting provider. After chatting with support got banned, wonderful!

It's really a shame that the guys at Vultr.com run their business in a dishonest and cheating way. They promised $250 free credit for the first month. After signing up and entering my credit card details, I launched three "dedicated CPU" instances doing some benchmarking. Two hours later, they complained I was using too much CPU and rebooted my instances. (So what do they mean by "dedicated"?) What's worse, they silently removed the $250 free credit they promised at signup. Vultr seems to be run by criminals and cheats. Say away from this immoral and dishonest cloud service.

At Vultr I have run Various Linux Desktop Flavors like, Raspbian Pixel, Debian 6 7 8 9 10 11, Ubuntu 14.04 16.04 18.04 20.04 22.04. With Custom ISO upload feature since 19-09-2014. That's the Main reason why I signed up over 8 years ago. The price has remained the same for 8 years just the AUD is not as good as the USD now and there is GST on it as well.... I am on a pension and its cheaper on the electricity power bill instead of powering a few 10 year old Rubbish Tip finds at home 24 hours a day to experiment with my various open source projects I support. Free credit requires a credit card GPU cloud plan not included in the free credit. A minimum deposit of 50$ to try it. High cpu usage not allowed Poor performance compared to Digitalocean or Linode Takes longer than other provider for the VPS to be ready

They stole my funds and never deployed any server after they blocked my account and I couldn't get refund from paypal Anyonthere just don't use it

Worst ever Customer Support. Tech team is good but Customer Services/Account/Sales team are lazy, senseless and irresponsible.
