Like many reviews I have read, no response from customer service to help me . I bought a movie from Wal-Mart with a digital copy. Had to scan receipt and Vudu would email a digital code. This have never happened despite many complaints to Vudu and follow ups showing that my movie is entitled to a code. Like others have suggested, I am going to initiate a complaint with BBB and Wal-Mart ( their parent company). I suggest we all do this, then maybe they will hear us!!!

We’ve been faithful customers of Vudu for years. After purchasing 207 movies/tv as well as renting many more, we’ve been thanked by Vudu by being disallowed from future rentals due to a chargeback that we NEVER initiated. We are being told it’s arbitrary and, as the resultant escalation process seemingly never ends, Vudu claims an inability to communicate a time frame for resolution. Adding insult to injury, both phone calls WE initiated seeking resolution resulted in mysteriously dropped calls further wasting our time & effort.Talk about forcing a customer base to the growing list of competitors.

I paid for a movie advertised as Ultra HD and could only watch it in SD. Trash service. Deceptive and doesn't work.

We used the colloidal silver topically on an Histicytoma on our dog (non cancerous, oozing lump) from vudu.com . It really helped! Dried uit up and healed it quickly (we had been using compresses and neosporin with no improvement). Great stuff. I will now keep it on hand!

I spent over $200 ‘converting’ my DVD and BluRay movies to Digital. Some converted the wrong version , Some converted to a cartoon (I kid you not) and many that they have in their own library cannot be converted for whoever knows why. I wrote a detailed complaint. They answered with a robot letter. Then I separated the 4 issue I had into 4 separate emails with photos, scan codes and details a 4 year old should be able to understand. Another robo letter saying how sorry they were that I was having trouble...and cut and pasted some ‘possible’ trouble shooting issues from their website. I had already read everything on the website to get help BEFORE emailing them. SO after 5 e mails, today I get one that says it’s been over 96 hours so ****ding ding ding****** my account issues must have been solved and they are closing out this communication with me. They have no Customer Service. They have young people in a forgein country half way around the world, for whom English is their 3rd language. They only use robo letters. No one has the slightest idea what to do with a real complaint. They just let the clock tick down and then close out the file as ‘problem solved’ What a joke. How have they survived this long while treating their customers with such utter contempt?

They suck, they charged a different card than we opened the account with them. To the tune of $200 in a month. Called them and they said when they figured out who robbed them they will reimburse me. So I give a company worth billions $200 interest free until if and when they figure it out. Like to throat punch the CEO right now. Had to ask to speak top a supervisor 3 times before it happened, told her I wanted to cancel & got arguments from her?

I've used Vudu for several years and amassed a good collection. 3 months ago, the service wouldn't work on my Roku thinking I am out of the Country (I'm not). They say their firewall blocks my IP address because it has been associated with a VPN or Proxy Server (I have never used either). They take weeks to respond to a simple question and offer no help other than blame it on my ISP. 3 months and still no service. This is a class action waiting to happen and I for one cannot wait. Buy your movies from Amazon, iTunes or Google Play. UPDATE: Go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint as well.

Don't waste your time with vudu. Broken website, horrible support.
