VuduReviews of vudu.com

Scam! Non secure with your credit card. Do not use vudu. It’s obviously own by BLM. Do not use Vudu or you’ll live to regret it.period!!. Turned my account off after I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars because I filed a complaint. So all my movies , gone! No wonder why I see horrible reviews.

Purchased Bad boys for life... tried to watch it a few times recently along with mercy and keep getting a play back error. Customer service said I could not get a refund because it has been played smh... if i Purchased something I would like to watch it when I want. Will not be buying anything from them EVER! EVER! AGAIN! A WASTE OF MONEY 💰.

VUDU suspended my account and said it was because my payment information was fraudulently used on PayPal to rent movies. I don't even have a PayPal account and I have a new bank card with no fraud charges. I rented three movies recently using my new card and three days later, they suspended my account. After phone calls and numerous back and forth emails, they tell me there is nothing can do from their end and that I was the only one who could have given that card information or someone I was sharing it with. No one uses my card but me and even my adult kids do not have this information. I explained this, but they basically called me a liar and refused to re-instate my account! So disappointed with VUDU whom I have used with no problems for several years. My movie rentals were reimbursed, but that is little comfort because I never had any problems renting or purchasing movies with them before. Even so, VUDU continues to send me email to rent movies. Un believable. Worst customer service ever. Now I have a VUDU button on my TV remote and my Roku that is absolutely useless!!

Not surprised how expensive movies are to rent. It is run by the greediest, richest ungrounded family in America. I have the app on my TV but won't give them the satisfaction of supporting there lavish lifestyle. Also the free content is full of outdated awful TV shows and thousands of yard sale worthy movies and have commercials on top of that. They are the face of Corporate greed at its worst!!! I hope Walton family has a VIP pass to hell!!

I would give them no stars if it were possible. I emailed them several weeks ago about not being able to stream a movie and asked for my 2.55 back. Heard back from them the next day asking for more info, gave them the info and now I have heard nothing. I asked for updates and nothing. I know it is only 2.55 but it's my money that they took for a service that didn't work. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Rented a movie and couldn't finish it. Played it the next night within the 24h time limit but the movie cut out early and they would not let me finish the movie or refund me so I could rent it again. Blockbuster was more helpful than them.

This company is amazing. Through the covid 19 I have had issues with a lot of things from mail to shipments. My kids bought a massive amount of Harry Potter movies and without a question the money was back in my account literally the next day. Dealing with PlayStation, Amazon, PayPal to name a few.... this has been the easiest process and I’m so thankful. Money is short and this world isn’t what we knew. But vudu helped me so much!!! Thank you guys!!!!

What a horrible experience. They are subhumans and have no understanding of the customer. They should go out of business and that would be good for every one. They want to screw around with the customer in simply getting signed up. Let me say this go screw your self!
