Dear Customer. Thank you for your detailed feedback on Flashspeed1500. We value your experience and apologize for the issues you are experiencing. According to your description, the device shuts down after 6 to 7 hours, this may be due to the device entering light load detection mode after 6 hours. According to the device description, the device will automatically turn off the output if it detects a light load condition lasting 30 seconds after 6 hours. It is recommended that you disconnect the device from the energy storage unit at around 6 hours and then reconnect it, which will refresh the timer and allow the device to continue to run. We understand that your primary purpose for purchasing this appliance is to keep your refrigerator running in the event of a power outage. In order to better meet your needs, we recommend that you periodically check the status of the unit during use and follow the instructions above to ensure continuous power. If you have any further questions or need technical support, please feel free to contact our customer service team. You can contact us via the official after-sales email address: [email protected]联系我们. We would like to get more information to solve the problem better for you.
