Ordering, shipping and tracking our delivery was a smooth process and the frame arrived safely. The frame is beautiful, and great quality - it really makes our art poster look even better than I imagined.

Though it took a little longer than expected to arrive, the frame looks gorgeous in person and I'm very happy with it!

We'd normally ship your order within 2 business days and we apologize for the delay caused by the extra high workload at our fulfillment center earlier this month. I have a custom print to showcase and ordered the Vossington 25X25 exotic wood frame. The Vossington order process was flawless and the frame was delivered on time within a week. The frame is very high quality in material, design and easy assembly for print insertion. The frame is a great value (quality /price). I am extremely happy with the purchase and will go to Vossington as first source in future.
