VossingtonReviews of vossington.com

We were looking for a couple metal frames.. 1 silver and 1 in Gold to hold our Taylor Swift lithographs. we got them safe and sound :) they’re pretty heavy but they hold the posterboard so well and they look just beautiful thank you so much! <3

Vossington had amazing customer service. When the delivery of my posters was messed up, (not by them, by the carrier service) They fixed the issue extremely fast and I was able to get my prints sooner than expected. My prints came out true to color, and the quality was great! Very excited as they had the perfect posters for my home.

Great frame & fast shipping

I am very pleased with the frames. They were delivered in a timely manner and look great! They were easy to hang. Overall I was very glad I went with Vossington. I would highly recommend this company.

Update: changing my review because I reached out to Vossington after their reply and they were really awesome and helpful! Great customer service. I like the protective packaging and the frame itself but the clear part does not fit into the frame correctly, so it bends. Aside from that the hook sits deeper into the back of the frame than the sides, so when I hang up the picture the frame sways back and forth easily. Shipping was fast and I like the price but I’d say quality is average. Thanks!

I am very upset I requested a refund for a heavily damaged product. Their shipping partner (Amazon) has apparently done this to Vossington numerous times sending extremely poorly packaged items with no protective wrapping to prevent damage. Even if you order through Vossington directly you will still have an item shipped by Amazon. Despite the damaged product which I sent multiple photos to Vossington to show them, they then processed a replacement instead of the refund I asked for repeatedly. This was a 7 day long interaction. The Vossington representative told me multiple times I would get a refund once the photos were received. Then after confirming receipt of the photos the Vossington representative processed a replacement and stopped answering my emails saying I never asked for a replacement and just want the refund. It has now been over 24 hours with no response and I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to receive the promised refund. All of this and their website even says you should be able to return the product if you aren't 100% satisfied for any reason. I am disappointed this is the most difficult return process I have ever been a part of.

I like this photo frame because thIs is good quality.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love the print and the frame is really well made. I would order again!
